Staying at the Penzy was a delightful experience for my family during our vacation. Being centrally located, we had easy access to all that Koh Samui has to offer, especially the vibrant bars and restaurants in Choweng. It was great to explore the area without hassle. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating. When we decided to check out early due to some unforeseen circumstances, they were understanding and provided us with a refund without any fuss, which certainly eased our minds during a hectic trip. One of the highlights for my little one was the family-friendly activities offered. With simply one child under five allowed per room, the environment felt safe and inclusive. We made wonderful memories exploring the tour desk's recommendations, which kept our days packed with excitement. I would encourage families to consider Penzy as a base to experience the beauty of Samui, providing comfort and convenience in a bustling setting.
